November Favourites

A month goes by pretty quick! I haven’t done a post in almost two weeks either.. However, the time has come again to share with you what I’ve been loving over the last month!

November is always a really awkward month for me because I can’t decide whether it’s autumn or winter, or if the Black Friday sales are going to be better than the Boxing Day sales (first world problems, I know). I don’t even know why but November always just feels so long! I’m always excited for the holidays though and cosy nights in. I’m also one of those weirdos that can’t wait for the year to end just so I can give myself a new start with the new year! (I’m not superstitious or anything, but I have heard it’s bad luck to wish time away.. Oops!)

Anyways, lets crack on with my favourite beauty products from the past month.

  • YSL All Hours Foundation I LOVE this foundation! It’s full coverage, comfortable to wear, has SPF20 and lasts all day, even in horrible wet weather! I’m loyal to my foundations and when I find one I love, I stop searching. I did that with my Touche Eclat foundation and I still love it so much, but I am so grateful to YSL for bringing this out as I feel it’s just what I need on a busy day!
  • Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base This moisturiser/primer has been a life-saver in the colder weather! I use it before my foundation and it makes my skin look all gorgeous and dewy. It’s enriched with vitamins B, C and E combined with Shea butter which makes it incredibly moisturising and good for the skin. Plus, it’s rich but not greasy!
  • Origins Retexturizing Mask with Rose Clay I’m a sucker for a good clay mask and this one’s PINK! It’s been working wonders on my skin, too. The mask draws out impurities, shrinks pores and contains Jojoba beads that gently buff away dead skin. I’ve been loving the way it’s made my skin look and feel.

  • Liz Earle Skin Repair Moisturiser (Dry/Sensitive) My last beauty favourite has definitely been my Liz Earle moisturiser. It’s helped to keep my dry, flaky patches of skin under control, especially in the colder weather and it just makes my skin feel so supple and nourished, helping to also create a perfect base for my make-up.

That’s all for my beauty favourites for November! BUT, there is one more thing I would like to share with you all that I have fallen in love with over the past month and most definitely treated myself to more than is good for me and that is a ‘Billionaires Hot Chocolate’ from Costa’s festive menu! I love caramel and I LOVE hot chocolate and it’s just the perfect marriage of the two and it just brings me so much joy!

And now that is all.

Hope you’ve enjoyed this post and I wish everyone lots of luck and love with their Christmas and holiday preps!

Take care and keep smiling!

Love, Taslima x
